Thank you for opening up your reproduction clinic to students in the WVU Equine Studies program. The students always learn so much from you; you do a great job of teaching them in a hand-on manner that translates what they have learned in the classroom. This was the first time these students have seen a stallion collected, semen processed, and artificial insemination. I cannot wait until you start doing ICSI and we can see that process in action. The students had to journal through the week and write a paper focused on four tour stops that made an impact on them. Your facility was identified by many of them as a highlight. To this day we still can’t believe that this project came to fruition considering the odds we were up against with Tenacity being an older mare, using frozen semen, and then performing an embryo transfer, we had some luck on our side!
