Participants will be contacted immediately if course date is cancelled or dates are combined. Deadline for registration is 10 days prior to course date. **

30 days prior to minicourse – Full Refund
29 to 15 days prior to minicourse – 50% Refund
14 to 7 days prior to minicourse – 25% Refund
6 days prior to minicourse – No Refund

Lectures and laboratory sessions will be held at Equine Reproduction Concepts, 111 Hackleys Mill Road, Amissville, Virginia. First lecture session begins at 8:00 am. Participants should plan to arrive between 7:15 am and 7:45 am to check in on the morning of the course.
For participants to obtain maximum benefit from our courses, class size is strictly limited. Registrations are handled on a first come first serve basis. The entire fee for the course must be submitted with your registration form. Registration fee includes: continental breakfast, luncheon buffet, lecture and laboratory sessions, writing materials, and an ERC polo shirt. We will contact you regarding your acceptance into the course as soon as registration and payment has been received. A $50.00 discount is awarded for those attending more than one minicourse.
Transportation to and from Equine Reproduction Concepts is the responsibility of the participant. Dulles International Airport is the closest airport to our facility.
